Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health conditions and create tailored treatment plans that align with their individual needs.
• Utilize innovative telehealth platforms to administer evidence-based therapy, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in every session.
• Engage in goal-setting collaborations with clients, providing ongoing support and modifications to treatment plans as required.
• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities—such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness practices—to meet diverse client needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress, treatment interventions, and feedback in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will involve a varied client population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will be instrumental in assisting clients across different demographics and backgrounds, using a personalized approach to address their specific mental health goals. Qualifications

• A current, valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish a therapeutic alliance with clients in a virtual setting.
• Proven empathy and understanding towards clients’ unique experiences and mental health struggles.
• Strong organizational skills to handle documentation and manage client schedules effectively.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in delivering therapy in a virtual setting, demonstrating comfort with technology to facilitate online sessions.
• Familiarity with producing comprehensive treatment evaluations and adjusting therapy protocols based on client feedback.
• Proficiency in using digital platforms and tools for telehealth services, including scheduling software and electronic health record systems.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and client caseload.
