JOB SUMMARY

This position is eligible for remote work in one of the following states: Arkansas, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, Wisconsin, or Wyoming. This position will require some travel for office meetings, as needed, to our corporate office in Tulsa, OK.

Job Profile Summary

This position is part of ONEOK's Innovative Solutions and Optimization group and will serve as theProduct Specialist for Procore, ONEOK's enterprise construction management platform. Procore is used by ONEOK's engineering and construction teams throughout the project lifecyclefrom pre-construction through closeout. The ideal candidate will bringhands-on experience with Procore(or similar product), a strong understanding ofconstruction processes, and a passion for driving digital transformation and business process optimization.

Success in this role will require a balance of construction process knowledge, product support discipline, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement mindset. The Procore Product Specialist will help ensure the platform is configured, adopted, and governed in a way that supports consistent project execution, reliable reporting, effective documentation handoff, and measurable business value across ONEOK'sprojectengineering and construction teams.

Key Responsibilities

Business Process Optimization (BPO)

  • Lead or support multiple BPO functions including:

  • Project management

  • Business process mapping and analysis

  • Product support and backlog management

  • Business intelligence and reporting initiatives

  • Document and analyze business processes, user requirements, and technology capabilities to identify opportunities for increased efficiency or effectiveness.

  • Develop and present recommendations for process and technology improvements.

  • Assist in identifying and implementing appropriate controls for business processes and technology solutions.

Procore Product& Construction Process Support

  • Serve asa keypoint of contact for Procore platform strategy, configuration, and user support acrossmultipleengineering and construction teams.

  • Champion the adoption and continuous improvement of Procore modules including RFIs, submittals, drawings, inspections, observations, budgeting, daily logs, and reporting.

  • Conduct and support training of internal and external users.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define, streamline, and automate construction-related processes such as contractor onboarding, field execution, inspections, and closeout.

  • Support integration of Procore with otherconstruction and project managementplatforms.

  • Collaborate with business partners to document requirements for product backlog tasks and projects.

  • Provide ongoing support for business users including:

  • Triaging and resolving application issues

  • Maintaining application configuration

  • Testing system changes and enhancements

  • Gather and document data and reporting requirements; develop basic reports and dashboards as needed.

  • Support Power BI reporting for Procore by gathering business requirements, validating data sources, and translating construction management data into actionable dashboards and reports.

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI datasets, measures, and visuals that support Procore adoption, project execution, construction turnover, and leadership reporting needs.

  • Monitor and improve Procore data quality to ensure Power BI reports are accurate, consistent, and aligned with approved business definitions and reporting standards.

  • Partnerwith business stakeholders, IT, and data teams to troubleshoot reporting issues, support data refreshes, and identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Procore administrator, product owner, or power user in a construction or engineering environment.

  • Strong understanding of construction project lifecycles, compliance, safety, and quality control standards.

  • Experience with business process analysis, project delivery, and change management.

  • Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) and construction turnover documentation.

  • Experience managing project deliverables, meeting deadlines, and supporting end users.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams and functions.

Preferred Skills

  • Proficiency in Procoreor similarconstruction technologies.

  • Experience with GIS, Planview, or pipeline tracking systems.

  • Intermediate understanding of economic concepts and business drivers.

Education
