Responsibilities
  • Administer, implement, standardize, train users on, and drive adoption of Procore across ENFRA
  • Ensure project teams consistently utilize Procore as the system of record
  • Develop and deliver role-based Procore training programs
  • Create work instructions, training materials, and knowledge resources
  • Conduct onboarding, refresher training, and office hours
  • Measure training effectiveness and user adoption
  • Establish and maintain standard workflows, templates, permissions, and naming conventions
  • Develop and maintain SOPs and work instructions
  • Audit compliance with Procore usage requirements and standards
  • Lead rollout of new Procore modules, functionality, and enhancements
  • Configure company and project settings, permissions, and templates
  • Support project startups, user management, and issue resolution
  • Monitor utilization metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Partner with operations leadership to reinforce standards and accountability
  • Develop adoption and compliance reporting, including monthly audit reports
  • Support Procore integrations, including JDE and other business systems
  • Analyze usage trends and recommend process improvements
  • Lead and direct the work of other employees and make personnel decisions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
