Job Description
Reporting directly to the CMO, this marketing leadership role will serve as a strategic owner of Jitterbit's corporate website and related digital assets and platforms. This leader will build, own and execute the strategic roadmap for the corporate website, including the overall vision as it supports Jitterbit's business objectives.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the overall strategy for web and related digital properties, particularly for key audiences including customers, prospects, partners, etc.
  • Implement strategies to map and grow key web KPIs, including traffic, sessions, lead conversion, SEO, AIO/GEO, etc.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal leaders across sales, product, support and engineering teams
  • Manage multiple and/or concurrent creative, web and digital agencies
  • Drive web strategies as it relates to marketing campaigns, business announcements, product launches, competitive takeouts, etc.
  • Have overall responsibility of the website's content, presentation and usability in addition to overall administration of content management system (CMS) processes and technology
  • Manage project-planning processes (e.g., timelines, sprint planning, milestone tracking) in an agile environment or similar
  • Ability to do some light hands-on development and content entry within the CMS

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 10-plus years of proven success in owning web strategy within corporate or high-tech environments
  • Excellent leadership, organizational and strategic planning skills
  • Demonstrated understanding of web-related usability and accessibility standards
  • Proven experience of web technologies, standards, tools, services and applications
  • Experience soliciting user, customer (installed base), partner and industry feedback
  • Awareness of legislative requirements (e.g., Disability Discrimination, Data Protection, GDPR, CCPA/CIPA, and Freedom of Information)
  • Proven understanding of federated search capabilities across multiple content sources
  • Experience with analytical methods for data collection, analysis and application of results for the purpose of measuring and reporting business KPIs
  • Strong cross-group communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong knowledge in the areas of web localization and accessibility
  • Detail-oriented and results-driven with a track record of managing large-scale projects to completion on time
  • Ability to implement change management and communication plans
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience and comfort presenting to senior and extended leadership teams

The base salary range for this position is $170,000- $190,000. The actual base pay offered will depend on the successful candidate's geographic location, as well as their relevant skills, experience, and the internal leveling determined during the interview process. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for Benefits.
