As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day activities will include:

• A Bachelor's degree in a related field; however, preference will be given to candidates holding a Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, alongside empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach toward clients.

It is preferred that candidates have at least two years of experience in mental health counseling, allowing them to demonstrate refined skills in assessment, treatment planning, and client engagement.
