Job description

VetsEZ is seeking a HealthShare Integration Engineer to join our remote team. The candidate will be able to support an alternative schedule. Mon-Fri 3PM- Midnight or 11 PM to 8AM and Sat-Sun 12 hr. shift 7-7, all times Eastern Standard Time (EST). The engineer should have experience with InterSystems HealthShare Cache and IRIS and knowledge to design, code, test, debug, and document software in a variety of programming languages.
The candidate must reside within the US or US territories.
Responsibilities:
• Provide strategies and solutions for automating operations and identify streamlined software delivery methodology and technology processes.
• Maintain continuous integration & continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines. Perform backup, recovery, patching, and Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) integration.
• Certificate Management as well as updates to certificates in production level as well as lower-level environments.
• Help in Tier 3 support of the InterSystems HealthShare Application and related technologies.
• Installation and Configuration of InterSystems HealthShare base software, kits, and Ad-Hoc patches.
• Help support OAuth and SSO configuration and setup.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or Technical related discipline.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in information technology and/or Federal Government contracting, with a minimum of 2+ years of experience coding or operating production systems.
• Requires experience with InterSystems HealthShare.Cache,and Iris systems.
• Experience automating infrastructure, testing, or deployments of cloud-based applications with tools like Jenkins, Ansible.
• Experience with monitoring and alerting solutions such as DynaTrace, Splunk.
• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Experience developing Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) processes to help deliver software of higher quality at greater speed.
• Experience with AWS, Agile/SAFe, DevOps, IRIS, Unix, Apache, Ansible Python Scripting.
• Knowledge and understanding of one or more different agile methodologies, including SAFe.
• Experience with AWS monitoring tools: CloudWatch.
• Experienced with configuring large middleware applications.
Additional Qualifications:
• Ability to obtain a government clearance.
• Experience with monitoring tools Splunk, Dynatrace preferred.
• Experience in the VA is a plus.
• Amazon Web Services Certified Solutions Architect-Associate.
