• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing strong, trusting relationships while upholding professional ethical standards.
• Conduct regular therapy sessions, monitoring progress and discussing treatment adjustments, stability, and discharge criteria as needed.
• Develop, implement, and assess individualized treatment plans that are centered around the client's unique needs and goals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and treatment records for each client, ensuring compliance with best practices and legal standards.
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and determine appropriate treatment pathways.
• Participate regularly in clinical supervision sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance therapeutic skills.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals involved in client care, ensuring integrated treatment approaches.

Our clinic serves individuals of all ages, including children, adolescents, adults, and families who are navigating various mental health challenges. The LPC will work with clients facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. A thorough understanding of diverse cultural backgrounds will enable counselors to tailor their therapeutic approaches effectively and empathetically.

• A master's degree in mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A valid, unrestricted, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license.
• At least one year of post-graduate experience working in a clinical outpatient setting.
• Proficient in using technology, including but not limited to Microsoft Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and specific practice management software like PIMSY.
• Experience providing psychotherapy services directly to individuals and families, with a focus on evidence-based practices.
• Comfortable conducting thorough intake assessments and formulating initial treatment plans.

• Demonstrated experience with psychotherapy techniques for various disorders and populations.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and other mental health practice management tools.
• Additional certifications in specialized therapeutic approaches or techniques are advantageous.

Three Rivers Mental Health Clinic offers an attractive annual salary range of $80,000 to $100,000, depending on experience and qualifications. We utilize a fee-for-service model, ensuring guaranteed rates and advance payments ahead of collections, allowing our clinicians to focus on patient care without financial delay.
