Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing strong, trusting relationships while upholding professional ethical standards.
  • Conduct regular therapy sessions, monitoring progress and discussing treatment adjustments, stability, and discharge criteria as needed.
  • Develop, implement, and assess individualized treatment plans that are centered around the client's unique needs and goals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and treatment records for each client, ensuring compliance with best practices and legal standards.
  • Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clientsโ€™ mental health status and determine appropriate treatment pathways.
  • Participate regularly in clinical supervision sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance therapeutic skills.
  • Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals involved in client care, ensuring integrated treatment approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves individuals of all ages, including children, adolescents, adults, and families who are navigating various mental health challenges. The LPC will work with clients facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications
  • A master's degree in mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • A valid, unrestricted, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license.
