• Conduct thorough assessments, utilizing standardized tools and patient interviews to accurately evaluate clients' mental health needs.
• Design and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's goals, drawing from a wide range of therapeutic modalities.
• Facilitate individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, employing appropriate interventions to foster healing and resilience.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to create comprehensive care strategies, including working with psychiatrists, social workers, and other health professionals.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, adhering to ethical standards and legal regulations for client information.

Our client base encompasses a wide range of ages and backgrounds, including individuals coping with depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, trauma-related conditions, and substance abuse issues. As a Licensed Counselor, your work will directly support clients through their healing journeys, helping them navigate personal challenges and achieve meaningful progress.

• A valid California license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) is required.
• A Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution is mandatory.
• Demonstrated experience in conducting both individual and group therapy within mental health settings.
• Proficiency in utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques suited to various mental health conditions.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills are vital, enabling you to build rapport with clients from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effective client interaction and documentation.
• A commitment to maintaining ethical guidelines and confidentiality in all client interactions is essential.

While a minimum of three years’ experience in mental health counseling is required, candidates with specialized training in trauma-informed care or addiction counseling will be viewed favorably. Experience with telehealth platforms and remote counseling techniques is a plus, as it enhances your ability to connect with clients effectively.
