• Conduct one-on-one video counseling sessions with clients to address their mental health needs, employing evidence-based practices to foster improvement.
• Facilitate discussions about clients’ emotions and experiences, encouraging self-insight and personal growth.
• Serve as an advocate for clients, supporting them in defining clear goals for their mental health journey.
• Assess clients’ mental health conditions, designing and implementing tailored treatment plans rooted in solution-focused methodologies, drawing from your clinical expertise.

Our clients are prescreened for stability and generally present low acuity issues, allowing you to focus on providing effective care without the pressures of high-risk cases. This enables a therapeutic environment where both counselor and client can explore growth and healing in a safe context.

• A bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a closely related field.
• An active and valid license in California as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Proficient interpersonal skills combined with a compassionate approach to client interaction.
• Strong technological skills, enabling effective engagement with teletherapy tools and virtual communication platforms.

• Demonstrated experience in providing individual therapy and counseling in a remote setting.
• Experience in developing and executing treatment plans tailored to diverse client needs.
• A track record of working independently and managing a caseload successfully.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from $50,000 to $70,000 for part-time work, adjusted based on your caseload and professional experience.
