Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that address their specific goals and challenges.
  • Provide evidence-based individual therapy using various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other approaches, to foster personal growth.
  • Set and monitor therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, ensuring regular evaluations to track progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.
  • Utilize teletherapy platforms to conduct engaging virtual sessions, accommodating clients’ preferences and needs, including those with accessibility challenges.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of therapy sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes in adherence with ethical standards and privacy regulations.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, including training in new methodologies and attending workshops, to enhance your therapeutic skills.

Qualifications
  • Active and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with clients.
  • Empathetic, compassionate, and respectful demeanor, fostering a non-judgmental therapeutic environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage client caseload and documentation requirements.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in teletherapy or remote counseling practices is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with techniques for treating trauma, anxiety disorders, and depressive disorders.
  • Prior experience working in clinical settings that prioritize collaborative care models.
