Location: East Coast – Remote; Must be able to travel locally to meet with clients 
Salary: $75,000 Base + Uncapped Commission (Year 1 OTE up to $130,000) + Benefits

In this role, you’ll be part of an established sales team, responsible for selling print and promotional products to businesses and nonprofit organizations. You’ll engage with current customers and prospects to understand their needs, present creative solutions, and manage projects from concept to delivery. This position collaborates closely with Department Heads and a dedicated Customer Service Representative, serving as the key liaison between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, works well independently, and has a proven ability to think critically and creatively. Account Executive (Print & Promotional Products) Responsibilities

•    Develop a strong understanding of company capabilities to drive customer engagement and revenue growth 
•    Generate new business through cold outreach, trade show leads, and account development
•    Present product solutions using samples, catalogs, and digital materials, highlighting key features and benefits
•    Provide quotes, credit terms, and sales agreements
•    Estimate delivery timelines and proactively manage customer expectations 
•    Maintain records of activities, opportunities, and client communications in the CRM system
•    Resolve client issues quickly and professionally
•    Travel to meet with clients and attend industry events 

Account Executive (Print & Promotional Products) Qualifications

•    3+ years of sales experience in the print and promotional products industry required 
•    Proficiency with office technology including Excel and CRMs required
•    Experience with outbound calling required
