Overview
We are seeking a Senior Account Supervisor to support high-profile healthcare and medical device accounts. This is a highly visible, client-facing role where you will own day-to-day communications, lead key initiatives, and partner closely with senior leadership in a fast-paced agency environment.
Responsibilities
  • Own day-to-day client communications across multiple workstreams
  • Lead development and execution of:
    • Press releases
    • Product launch communications
    • Data milestone announcements
    • Executive visibility initiatives
  • Act as a right hand to senior leadership, managing deliverables in real time
  • Lead internal and client calls with a strong point of view and clear understanding of account priorities
  • Partner closely with junior team members on:
    • Agendas and recaps
    • Reporting and activity tracking
    • Client deliverables and documentation
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring responsiveness and high-quality output
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Qualifications
  • 6 years of experience in public relations or communications (agency experience preferred)
  • Experience within medical device or pharma required
  • Strong writing and editing skills across a range of materials (press releases, statements, bylines)
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and operate as a day-to-day lead
  • Comfortable working in a highly collaborative, real-time client environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
