Proficiency with case management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and secure digital communication platforms is typically required. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal communication help build client trust and manage multiple cases effectively. These competencies ensure efficient case progression, compliance with legal standards, and high-quality client service in a remote environment.
