Description
Obtains revenue by processing/billing invoices, audits internal bill line items for compliance with Brock & Scott and client standards, communicates financial information with clients, works closely with a variety of teams within Brock & Scott

Position Requirements
  • Ensure any item that can be billed is billed timely and in client SLA.
  • Analyze reports to ensure all aspects of billing is rendered.
  • Keep Lead and Manager updated on any issues that arise or for any work that will not be completed timely.
  • Maintain financial security by adhering to internal accounting controls
  • Communicate effectively with clients

Benefit Details:
Brock & Scott, PLLC offers an attractive benefit package to full-time employees on the 1st of the following month of hire. The insurance portion includes medical, dental, voluntary life, voluntary vision, and critical illness, all at competitive rates. At the 90-day introductory period, the Firm also provides a basic life insurance policy in the amount of one time your annual salary (with a minimum of $25,000 and a maximum of $200,000.00) at no cost.
Full-time employees receive paid holidays, including six (6) firm-recognized holidays and one (1) Day of Observance, as well as a PTO package of 12 days per year. PTO accrues monthly and is credited on the 15th of each month, in accordance with firm policy. PTO benefits increase after 2 years of employment and again after 5 years of employment. After six months of service, employees over the age of 21 become eligible to participate in the firm's 401(k) plan at the beginning of the next quarter.

Employment with Brock & Scott, PLLC is contingent upon the successful completion of all required pre-employment screenings and verifications, which may include, but are not limited to, a criminal background check, conflict of interest check, employment and education verification (as applicable), and a pre-employment drug screening. Drug testing is conducted only after a conditional offer of employment has been extended and in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Compensation Details: $19-$23/hr
The compensation amount is not guaranteed. Individual compensation is based on various factors unique to each candidate. This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position, however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, experience, and qualifications.
