Transform9

Birmingham, AL • On-site, Remote

Full-time

Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement, PTO

Re-posted 27 days ago

Job description

Calling your doctor shouldn't be harder than seeing your doctor. But at most practices, patients wait on hold, front-office staff drown in ring queues, and revenue walks out the door with every missed call.

Transform9 builds AI agents that answer every call for physician practices - scheduling appointments, routing callers, and resolving routine requests in seconds, around the clock. Our agents integrate directly with each practice's EHR, practice management, and phone systems, and adapt to how their front office actually works.

Our agents have handled millions of patient calls for thousands of providers, cut average hold times by 90%, and decreased call abandonment by 80%. We're headquartered in Birmingham, AL, and growing fast.

About the role

Transform9 is at an inflection point: practices are actively looking for relief from phone overload, and our pipeline shows it. We're hiring multiple Enterprise Account Executives to own full sales cycles - from first call to signed contract - with multi-location specialty groups. You'll be one of our first AEs, which means real influence over the playbook, the product, and the team we build around you.

What you'll do
  • Own the full sales cycle: outbound and SDR-sourced pipeline through discovery, demos, pilots, security review, and close
  • Sell to practice administrators, COOs, CFOs, and clinical leaders; build multi-threaded champion networks
  • Lead discovery on call volume, scheduling workflows, and staffing pain - and quantify the ROI for each practice
  • Deliver demos that make the 'aha' moment obvious: a live agent answering a practice's actual call scenarios
  • Partner with implementation for smooth handoffs and referenceable launches
  • Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene and forecast accuracy in HubSpot
  • Help shape our enterprise playbook and mentor the AEs who come after you
Location

Remote (US). If you're in the Birmingham, AL area, this role is hybrid from our office (3 days in office / 2 remote). Travel: approximately 30%.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle closing experience in B2B healthcare SaaS, preferably selling to specialty physician practices
  • Track record of exceeding quota on six-figure ACV, multi-stakeholder deals with 3-6 month cycles
  • Excellent discovery, demo, and written communication skills
  • Willing to travel ~30% for client on-sites and industry conferences
Nice to have
  • Experience selling AI-driven or automation products and handling clinical/compliance objections (HIPAA, patient experience)
  • Early-stage or high-growth startup experience

Benefits

  • Top-tier health coverage: medical, dental & vision
  • 401(k)
  • Paid time off + holidays, and paid parental leave

If you want to fix the front door of healthcare, we'd love to hear from you.
