Collaboration usually involves virtual meetings, demos, and feedback sessions using platforms like Microsoft Teams and SharePoint. They also coordinate with development teams, IT, and end-users to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and integrate well with existing systems. Effective communication and documentation skills are essential for aligning project goals and resolving issues promptly in a remote setting.
