What You Will Do:

We are looking for a Power Platform Consultant experienced in Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate. This role focuses on designing and delivering intuitive, user-centric applications that leverage the flexibility of Power Apps to meet a wide range of business needs. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, attention to quality, self-motivation, and a desire to build impactful low-code solutions

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver services and solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate, Microsoft Teams, custom development, and data integrations

  • Design and develop Power Apps solutions with a focus on creating responsive, user-friendly experiences tailored to different user roles and devices

  • Translate business requirements into scalable low-code applications and automated workflows that streamline operations and improve data visibility

  • Integrate applications with enterprise data sources such as Dataverse, SharePoint, and external systems using connectors and APIs

  • Automate business processes using Power Automate, ensuring seamless interaction with applications and downstream systems

  • Conduct end-user training and develop knowledge transfer documentation to support adoption and long-term sustainment

  • Present tailored demonstrations of solutions, showcasing usability, flexibility, and rapid development capabilities

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily scrum meetings, and provide regular status updates

  • Contribute to design documentation, implementation standards, and reusable solution components

  • Collaborate with support teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues

  • Stay current with Power Platform capabilities and roadmap updates to continuously improve solution delivery

What You Will Need:

  • Must have a minimum of FOUR (4) years of professional experience

  • Experience building Power Apps solutions, including designing interfaces, managing data connections, and optimizing performance

  • Selected candidate must be able to work in a hybrid environment and, based on client needs, may be required to work onsite up to five days per week

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance. Candidates with an active Secret or higher-level clearance are preferred.

  • US Citizenship is contractually required for this role

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree (4yr college degree)

  • Experience writing technical requirements, test scripts, and working with modern software technologies

  • Experience in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment

  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Understanding of Power Platform governance, including CoE components and environment strategy

What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Experience delivering user-focused applications that require flexible layouts, mobile accessibility, and rapid iteration

  • Experience in "Big 4" or equivalent established consulting firm and/or Microsoft partner highly desired

  • BA/BS degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering

  • Experience with public sector clients preferred

  • Experience with Agile or Hybrid-Agile methodology

  • Microsoft PL-900 or similar certifications preferred

The annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00-$188,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
