We are seeking fully licensed Mental Health Counselors to join our dedicated team at Phoenix Behavioral Counseling Services, LLC. This role is remote, leveraging telehealth technology to facilitate therapy sessions and assessments. • Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations to identify clients' unique mental health needs, crafting personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness-Based approaches.
• Work collaboratively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that clients receive coordinated care tailored to their individual circumstances.
• Administer crisis intervention techniques to assist clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring their immediate safety and emotional support.
• Participate in community outreach programs aimed at promoting mental health awareness and advocating for stigma reduction within our diverse community.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • Must possess an active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Demonstrated ability to establish strong therapeutic relationships through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exhibit cultural sensitivity and understanding, enabling you to provide effective services to clients from all walks of life.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in time management to maintain accurate documentation and timely completion of client sessions.

• Experience working in a telehealth setting is a plus, along with familiarity with digital health record systems.
• Prior involvement in community-based mental health initiatives or crisis intervention programs is highly valued.
• Specialized training in specific therapeutic modalities (e.g., trauma-informed care, addiction recovery) will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
