Job Schedule: Day Shift, 8 hours per day

Project Overview

This project involves modernizing an existing Microsoft Dynamics on-premises platform that supports high-volume business operations. The current system is outdated and no longer supported, creating risks related to security, performance, maintainability, and long-term reliability.

The selected developer will help migrate the platform to Azure Cloud and Dynamics 365 Cloud, supporting improved performance, enhanced security, increased uptime, better scalability, and integration with other cloud-based services.




Requirements
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer with strong JavaScript expertise
  • Support migration from CRM 2016 on-premises to Dynamics 365 Cloud
  • Collaborate with Microsoft and internal project teams on data and application migration
  • Customize and configure Dynamics 365 components, including:
    • Tables
    • Forms
    • Workflows
    • Reports
    • CRM Ribbon
    • Dataverse components
  • Convert legacy reports to FetchXML
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with Power Automate
  • Develop and support solutions using .NET and Dynamics 365 Cloud APIs
  • Deploy application changes across Development, Test, and Production environments
  • Test final migration results and resolve data, compatibility, and system issues
  • Address bugs identified by QA teams
  • Participate in Sprint planning and complete assigned User Stories within Sprint timelines
  • Help deliver a fully functional, tested, production-ready Dynamics 365 Cloud solution
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer
  • Experience with CRM 2016 to Dynamics 365 Cloud migration
  • Strong JavaScript development skills
  • Experience with .NET development
  • Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Data verse
  • Experience customizing Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 tables, forms, workflows, reports, and ribbons
  • Experience writing and modifying FetchXML
  • Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with Power Automate
  • Experience using Dynamics 365 Cloud APIs
  • Experience deploying changes across Development, Test, and Production environments
  • Strong troubleshooting skills related to data migration, compatibility issues, and production defects
  • Ability to work within Agile/Sprint-based delivery processes
