Job description

This role focuses on leading the design and development of custom, low-code business applications using Microsoft Power Platform tools. The Senior Developer will collaborate with architects and engineering teams to define solution architecture, ensuring compliance with security policies and best practices. This position offers the opportunity to provide technical leadership and mentorship while working with cutting-edge technology to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of custom applications using Power Apps, ensuring they meet business requirements and user needs.
  • Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to define solution architecture and data models for enterprise applications.
  • Establish standards and best practices for the adoption and usage of Power Platform tools across the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with security, data loss prevention policies, and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls throughout the development process.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership to enhance team capabilities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor''s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of application development or systems analysis experience.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on development experience using Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
  • Proven experience designing enterprise solutions and integrations, with strong requirements gathering and solution design skills.
