Job description

Position: Sales Engineer, Infrastructure Vertical
Reports To:VP, Sales
Location:100% Remote(preferably East Coast USA or Central USA)
Territory:USA
Travel: up to 50%

Thomson Power Systems (TPS), a Regal Rexnord company, isseekinga highly driven Sales Engineer to lead growth within our Infrastructure vertical across the United States. This is a hands-on, strategic role focused on expanding TPS's presence in critical infrastructure markets by selling switchgear, automatic transfer switches (ATS), modular power solutions, and engineered-to-order power management systems.

You willbe responsible fordeveloping the go-to-market strategy, building channel partnerships, and driving long-lead, high-value opportunities within sectors such as hospitals, healthcare networks, educational institutions, municipal facilities, water/wastewater plants, airports, and other public-sector environments. Supported by a streamlined internal structure including dedicated estimating, project management, and serviceteamsyou'llbe empowered to focus on what you do best: building relationships, winning business, and growing the TPS brand.

Required Education, Experience and Skills:

  • 5+ years of successful outside sales experience

  • Proventrack recordof developing and executing strategic sales initiatives that delivered significant revenue and margin growth

  • Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites (up to 50% travel time) within your region

  • Authorization to work in the US without company sponsorship

  • Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the Power Management industry/Infrastructure vertical

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Electrical Engineering, or Power Engineering

  • Proficiencywith Salesforce CRM

  • Demonstrated ability to be hands-on, resourceful, and results-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset

  • Reputation among peers as ambitious, energetic, self-sufficient, and highly motivated

Compensation Package to Include:

  • Target Salary Range: $120k - $150k per year

  • Target Bonus of 30%

  • Car Allowance

The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for all statewide locations across the United States. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location,candidate'sskill set, level of experience,educationand internal peer compensation comparisons.
