Job description

We're looking for a Microsoft cloud-focused IT professional who thrives at the intersection of infrastructure, automation, and innovation. In this role, you'll take ownership of our Microsoft 365 and Azure environments - ensuring they run securely, efficiently, and at scale - while helping drive our broader cloud strategy forward.
You'll play a key role in modernizing our technology landscape, supporting cloud migrations, and enabling teams across the organization to get the most out of Microsoft's ecosystem. This is a hands-on role with real impact - combining day-to-day operational excellence with forward-looking architecture and automation.

This position will be remote in the United States, with a preference given to candidates in the Mountain time zone or hybrid in our American Fork, UT office 2-3 days per week.
What You Will Do
  • Own and manage M365 and Azure environments, ensuring performance, security, and reliability
  • Automate cloud operations to improve efficiency and streamline workflows
  • Drive adoption and enablement of M365 and Azure tools across the organization
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex IT and cloud-related issues
  • Partner with vendors and act as a key contributor to change management processes
  • Support integrations and migrations into Henry Schein One tenants
  • Help define and execute Azure migration and modernization strategies
  • Provide technical guidance and roadmaps for cloud adoption
  • Collaborate with and mentor a globally distributed engineering team
  • Stay current on Azure and cloud technologies, continuously leveling up your expertise

What You Will Have
  • 2-4 years of experience in the Microsoft/Azure ecosystem (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, InTune, Office 365, Azure Active Directory, Windows)
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 Power Platform or MS Graph
  • Experience with automation tools like PowerShell or Python,
  • Strong understanding of cloud security best practices and system auditing
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical issues
  • Familiarity with best practices for implementing and integrating Microsoft cloud technologies within an enterprise environment
The posted range for this position is $78,000 - $110,000 which is the expected starting salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc. This position is eligible for a bonus target not reflected in the range.
