As part of our continued modernization efforts, we are seeking an experienced AI consultant to help re-architect and optimize our internal systems using practical, high-impact AI solutions.


Engagement Overview

GigaKOM is seeking a highly experienced AI practitioner to assess, redesign, and modernize internal workflows and systems through applied artificial intelligence.

This consultant will evaluate current business processes, identify automation and AI opportunities, and implement scalable solutions that increase operational efficiency, reduce manual workload, and improve decision-making capabilities.

This role is strategic and hands-on, focused on execution and measurable outcomes.


Scope of Work

Assess & Identify Opportunities

  • Conduct a comprehensive review of internal systems and workflows
  • Identify high-ROI AI and automation use cases
  • Evaluate data readiness and infrastructure maturity
  • Deliver an AI adoption and modernization roadmap

Retool & Optimize Systems

  • Integrate AI capabilities into CRM, ERP, ticketing, reporting, and operational platforms
  • Implement AI copilots, automation agents, and intelligent workflows
  • Redesign manual processes into scalable automation frameworks
  • Improve data structures to support predictive analytics and reporting

Implement & Deploy

  • Evaluate and deploy LLM-based tools and automation platforms
  • Design internal AI assistants and knowledge systems
  • Build dashboards and AI-powered reporting tools
  • Ensure secure, compliant integration with existing infrastructure

Establish Governance & Enablement

  • Define AI governance and usage standards
  • Provide documentation and best practices
  • Guide leadership on responsible AI adoption
  • Train key stakeholders on implemented systems


Required Experience

  • 5+ years working in AI, automation, or digital transformation
  • Demonstrated experience retooling internal enterprise systems
  • Strong knowledge of CRM, ERP, workflow automation, and system integration
  • Experience deploying LLM-based tools and AI-powered automation
  • Understanding of data security, governance, and compliance best practices
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical AI solutions


Preferred Experience

  • Experience with OpenAI, Azure AI, AWS AI services, or similar platforms
  • Background in automation tools (Retool, UiPath, Power Automate, Zapier, etc.)
  • Experience working in IT services or enterprise technology environments
  • Strong API integration and systems architecture knowledge
