The U.S. Soccer Federation exists in service to soccer. Our aim is to ignite a national passion for the game. Because we believe that soccer is more than a sport; it is a force for good.

We understand the importance and the power of teamwork, on and off the pitch. That is why we work closely with our Federation partners and members, to inspire, support and guide every level of the game: from the grassroots to the National Teams. We want to bring soccer into every home and every community, right across America. Because we believe that soccer can transform lives like no other sport. Soccer can represent the best of U.S.

  • Develop scalable production workflows for studio, remote, on-location and live podcast environments.
  • Build, organize and manage the podcast content calendar, including episode planning, campaign integration and release schedules, in collaboration with stakeholders throughout the organization.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop episode topics and interview outlines that align with U.S. Soccer's brand, editorial standards and messaging.
  • Build trusted relationships with athletes, coaches, technical staff, communications teams, external guests and other stakeholders to secure meaningful access and produce thoughtful, well-prepared conversations.
  • Exercise sound editorial judgment and discretion when working with confidential, sensitive or embargoed information.
  • Partner with Editorial, Social Media, Video, Post-Production and Marketing teams to identify and deliver high-impact clips, promotional assets and supporting content around each episode.
  • Develop and execute audience-growth and distribution strategies across podcast platforms, YouTube, social media and other relevant channels.
  • Establish and report against podcast KPIs, including audience growth, listens and views, watch time, completion rate, subscriber growth, social engagement, Insiders conversion and commercial deliverables.
  • Use audience insights and performance data to refine editorial strategy, publishing cadence, distribution and promotional tactics.
  • Collaborate with Partnerships Marketing on the ideation and development of integrated segments and branded content, ensuring all deliverables meet partner objectives while preserving the authenticity and audience value of the show.
  • Coordinate podcast production logistics, including equipment, studio needs, remote-recording workflows, vendors, freelancers and production budgets, as applicable.
