This role is set in a remote outpatient office, where you will conduct sessions via telehealth platforms that prioritize patient comfort and convenience. • Conduct thorough initial assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Provide therapeutic interventions using evidence-based approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), among others.
• Facilitate individual, couples, family, and group counseling sessions to address a wide range of mental health issues.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure holistic client care.
• Document clinical notes accurately within electronic medical record (EMR) systems to maintain compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Stay updated on current research in mental health to enhance the range of therapeutic methods employed and attend professional development workshops.

You will work predominantly with diverse adult clients dealing with various issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Our client base also includes individuals looking to manage life transitions or seeking personal development. Your ability to connect and build rapport with clients from different backgrounds will be essential in facilitating effective therapeutic outcomes.

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• You must possess active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.
• At least 2 years of post-graduate experience delivering counseling services in a clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of ethical guidelines and regulations relevant to counseling practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial to establish effective therapeutic relationships.

• Experience in areas such as trauma-informed care, substance abuse counseling, family therapy, or couples counseling is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems for clinical documentation will be an advantage.
• A demonstrated ability to work within a team and contribute positively to the collective objectives of the healthcare providers.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, dependent upon caseload and experience.
