• Maintain a caseload of clients, cultivating rapport and trust while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.
• Conduct regular sessions with clients to discuss their progress, stability, and goals, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to accommodate their evolving needs.
• Develop, implement, and monitor tailored, person-centered treatment plans that align with each client's unique challenges and aspirations.
• Document client interactions and maintain up-to-date progress notes in compliance with organizational and ethical standards, ensuring continuity of care.
• Utilize various digital tools, including RMS systems and spreadsheets, to track case developments and enhance clinical efficiency.

Aimed at serving a diverse community, you will work with a wide range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. This role emphasizes a holistic approach to mental healthcare, focusing on understanding the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client, thereby ensuring that our services meet their specific needs.

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.
• A current, unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) that allows independent practice.
• At least one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.
• Proficiency in using computer systems including RMS, spreadsheets, and email platforms; comfort with digital documentation is essential.

• Previous experience delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and techniques to treat a variety of mental health issues.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills to foster an engaging therapeutic environment.

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD $75,000 to $90,000 annually, reflecting the skills and experience of the candidate. Additionally, there are bonus opportunities available, providing further financial incentives.
