This role operates entirely remotely, granting you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while still engaging with a supportive team environment. You will utilize various telehealth tools to conduct sessions, share information, and manage documentation. • Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments and clinical evaluations to identify client needs and therapy goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that encompass structured interventions tailored to each client's unique situation.
• Maintain clear, accurate, and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
• Monitor and track patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations.
• Collaborate effectively with care teams, including referring physicians, social workers, and family members, ensuring comprehensive support for each client.
• Engage in regular supervision and continuous professional development to enhance therapeutic skills and stay current with best practices.

The LPCC will serve a diverse client population, primarily working with individuals living with mental health challenges and/or substance use disorders. This includes adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction issues. Our telehealth approach provides clients with accessible care, breaking down geographical barriers, and allowing us to reach individuals in need regardless of their location.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• An active Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license in California.
• A minimum of two years of direct counseling experience, preferably in both individual and group settings.
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems to manage client information.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills, capable of fostering rapport with clients and coworkers and effectively managing caseloads.

• Experience conducting telehealth sessions, equipped with the technological aptitude to utilize various virtual platforms.
• Background in substance use disorder treatment and an understanding of relevant therapeutic models.
• Training in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
