• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans using established best practices.
• Administer a range of therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), customizing approaches to meet individual client objectives.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring all patient records are up-to-date.
• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals during regular case consultations and peer reviews to refine treatment strategies and enhance care quality.
• Provide education and supportive resources to clients and their families, empowering them with knowledge about mental health issues and treatment paths.

You will work with a diverse clientele ranging from adolescents to adults facing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
