Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and initial evaluations for clients to determine their current mental health status, needs, and treatment goals.
• Develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual clients, ensuring they align with their specific needs and aspirations.
• Provide individual therapy sessions to adult clients through teletherapy, utilizing effective, solution-focused techniques that foster engagement and empowerment.
• Utilize our advanced telehealth platform to deliver virtual therapy sessions, maintaining a high level of professionalism and support throughout the therapeutic process.
• Offer crisis intervention services as necessary, employing your skill set to assist clients in navigating acute mental health challenges promptly.
• Engage in continuous professional development activities, thereby staying current with mental health best practices, methodologies, and regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base includes a diverse array of adults dealing with various mental health challenges, ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex issues like trauma and relationship difficulties. Every therapist at Reliant Mental and Wellness Center plays a vital role in offering compassionate care while respecting the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client.

Qualifications

• A valid and current state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are critical for building rapport and trust with clients.
• Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude are essential attributes for this role.
• Strong organizational skills and effective time management abilities are crucial for managing a caseload and administrative tasks efficiently.
• No history of disciplinary actions with your licensing board is required.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, experience working in a remote therapeutic setting, familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, and a background in providing care to a broad range of mental health issues is preferred. Additionally, experience using telehealth systems is a valuable asset.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with caseload and experience.
