This role is designed for remote work, giving you the flexibility to provide care from a location of your choice. While you will primarily engage with clients virtually, you will remain integral to our outpatient office's multidisciplinary team. • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status, emotional challenges, and therapeutic needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect clients' goals and preferences, ensuring they receive tailored support.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions across various modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy.
• Monitor clients’ progress through regular evaluations and follow-ups, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to enhance outcomes.
• Provide timely crisis intervention services, offering immediate support and resources to clients experiencing acute distress.
• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with laws and ethical standards.
• Collaborate effectively with a team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through supervision and training programs, keeping abreast of the latest research and treatment methodologies in the mental health field.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and standards set forth by licensing boards and professional organizations to uphold the integrity of our practice.

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT).

• Exceptional communication, listening, and interpersonal skills to foster trusting relationships with clients.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and commitment to promoting client well-being.
