• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to ascertain clients' mental health needs, formulating individualized treatment plans that address their unique circumstances.
• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) or mindfulness-based approaches, effectively delivered through secure telehealth platforms.
• Establish and maintain therapeutic relationships with clients, helping them set achievable goals and providing continuous support throughout their treatment journey.
• Keep accurate and thorough documentation of all therapy sessions and client progress, adhering to ethical standards and best practices in clinical documentation.
• Participate in regular supervision and team meetings to foster collaboration and ensure the highest quality of care.

Your work will involve supporting a varied client population, including adolescents, adults, and families who are navigating mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship challenges. By utilizing remote therapy, you will have the unique opportunity to make a positive impact on clients across multiple locations, enhancing access to mental health services for those who may face barriers in a traditional setting.

• A current and valid license in one of the following disciplines: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to connect and build rapport with clients during virtual sessions.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health counseling role, particularly in a remote setting, is preferred.
• Experience utilizing telehealth technologies and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Proven ability to tailor therapeutic approaches to meet the diverse needs of clients.

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, dependent on your caseload and experience.
