Building Location:Peerless BuildingDepartment:1008470 POP HEALTH FINANCE ANALYTICS - EH SSJob Description:Based on industry and/or health plan knowledge, this position serves as a key population health finance and analytics business partner in assigned areas of responsibility. Provides support and advice in the strategic and operational decision making through insights that drive better business, population health and value-based care performance. Supports and reinforces key initiatives within the Population Health Finance and Analytics department through education and communication with Population Health and operational leaders. Supports the business to raise standards in key decision areas, taking a forward-looking view supported by a rich consulting toolkit and high emotional intelligence to help articulate different options and influence decisions. Performs a broad range of financial, population health and value-based program analysis and business plan responsibilities for assigned areas.Education Qualifications:

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in analytics, population health, public health, accounting, finance, business, healthcare administration or related field

Required Qualifications:

  • 5 years experience
