Job description:

WE'RE HIRING! Hourly ($20-23) plus BIG COMMISSION!!!

Position: FULLY REMOTE Photography Studio Booking Agent (a friendly person making OUTBOUND SALES)

MUST have phone sales experience, be able to follow a script, confidently handle redirects, and have an upbeat phone voice.

Hours: We are open 9-6 EST

How 'bout we skip right ahead to the center of the tootsie-pop? Our business is based out of Orlando, FL but we have six locations across four states. We are biased, but we are pretty sure we are the coolest place to work for, EVER - it's basically like DISNEYWORLD! Who doesn't love Disney??

Now let's dig into the stuff!

1. The work is fun, fresh and dynamic. You will be working directly for our amazing manager to help reach some awesome booking goals.

2. This position is full time, 40 hrs a week! So, there's still time to do the things you want to do. We are ALL about work life balance.

Now, let's talk about the job requirements:

3. You need to be the type of person who gets joy out selling (from rapport to handling objections). Are you the kind of person that says "Selling is my LIFE!!!!''

4. You will be on the computer a lot. So, an understanding of email, using a CRM, and other computer based applications will be necessary.

5. You will be on the phone selling sessions and chatting with our clients, getting them booked in on the schedule and selling them sessions! You need to be a person who loves to deliver remarkable MAGICAL experiences to other people. You know, you need to be someone who feels good by making other people feel good.

6. You also must love meeting goals and be super duper motivated to meet and EXCEED goals. This is really a sales job. Do you have a competitive spirit? Specifically with yourself?

Equipment Requirements:

You need to have a well working (fast) computer, blazing fast internet, a smart phone, an external monitor (you can grab one on amazon for less than $50), and a headset. You will need to show these via zoom on your first day.

In short, your job is to help slay targets and exceed the expectations and goals. Our office is fun and covered in twinkling lights, but we do expect professionalism and punctuality.
