The Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) plays an essential role within our detox center at Gentle Healthcare Center, located in beautiful McMinnville, Oregon. The LCSW will design and implement personalized treatment plans, actively participate in a multidisciplinary team, and ensure continuity of care for our clients, all while enjoying a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually.

• Develop individualized treatment plans through comprehensive clinical assessments, shaping the therapeutic journey for each client based on their unique needs.
• Engage actively in multi-disciplinary team meetings to contribute insights and strategies that enhance overall treatment effectiveness, ensuring seamless integration of services.
• Monitor and evaluate clients' progress throughout their recovery journey, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to promote continuous improvement.
• Communicate consistently with clients to provide ongoing support, therapy, and motivation, facilitating their path toward recovery.
• Collaborate with parents, school staff, and other community resources to address the diverse needs of clients, particularly those involving minors.

Our primary focus is on individuals facing addiction and co-occurring mental health issues. By understanding the intricacies involved in recovery, the LCSW will be pivotal in crafting support networks that empower clients to overcome challenges. Working closely with patients, the LCSW will provide guidance and counseling that address not only substance use but also the emotional, social, and psychological factors that influence recovery.

• Active LCSW licensure in Oregon is required for this position.
• A bachelor's degree in social work or a related field from an accredited institution.

• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in social work, particularly in addiction recovery or mental health fields.
• Proficient verbal communication skills to effectively counsel and advise clients in a therapeutic setting.
• Analytical skills to craft effective, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client’s circumstances.
• Coaching or mentoring experience is a plus, enhancing the ability to motivate clients toward positive changes.
