Position Overview

Work Environment

This position is predominantly remote, allowing for flexible working arrangements that support our clinicians in providing effective care. Our staff collaborates closely as a team, sharing insights and strategies to enhance patient outcomes, all while upholding professional ethical standards and guidelines. The remote setting enables our clinicians to engage with patients from the comfort of their own spaces while contributing to the operational needs of a vital Detox Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical services to assigned clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders through individual, group, and family therapy.
• Conduct evidence-based assessments and screenings, ensuring that care plans are individualized and linked to appropriate community services.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and monitor integrated care plans for clients.
• Facilitate crisis interventions, offering timely support and guidance when clients face urgent challenges.
• Carry caseloads that include ongoing treatment sessions, maintaining thorough records, and ensuring timely completion of case management documentation.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance agency service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Engage with clients' families and support systems to foster communication and collaboration in care efforts.
• On-call duties as assigned to provide support during after-hours program needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will feel deeply committed to serving clients facing significant mental health challenges in a Detox Center setting. They will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals at various stages of addiction recovery and mental health crises. This role requires meticulous attention to culturally sensitive practices and a strong belief in patient empowerment and choice.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a related field is required.
• A valid LCSW credential in the state of Tennessee is mandatory.
• At least two years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably with a focus on mental health and substance abuse.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in diverse environments and with various populations.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working within a Detox or substance abuse treatment setting.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and assessment tools.
• A strong understanding of community resources and support systems available for clients.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
