Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, you will immerse yourself in a wide range of responsibilities, including:

  • Conducting thorough clinical assessments to identify the unique needs of each patient and developing customized treatment plans based on best practices.
  • Delivering various therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), designed to promote coping strategies and recovery.
  • Maintaining precise and timely clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring up-to-date documentation of patient progress and treatment modifications.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and addiction specialists, to coordinate effective treatment strategies.
  • Participating in regular case consultations and peer reviews to share insights and enhance the quality of care provided to patients.
  • Educating patients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources, empowering them informed decisions regarding their care.

  • Managing a full caseload and ensuring that treatment goals are met effectively and ethically, aligned with the guidelines of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).
Patient Population / Client Focus

The patient population at our detox center encompasses individuals grappling with substance use disorders and related mental health issues. Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a clinical setting, specifically in psychotherapy services, showcasing your expertise.
