Key Responsibilities

As an LCSW at Harmony Family Support, you will engage in a rich and fulfilling array of responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments, utilizing evidence-based practices to develop individualized treatment plans that align with our clients’ specific mental health needs.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting your methods to respond effectively to each client's requirements.
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and the high standards expected within the organization.
• Collaborate with a diverse multidisciplinary team, which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, working together to deliver coordinated, comprehensive care.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings that foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Educate and empower clients and their families by providing essential information regarding mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources that support their journey.
• Stay informed on the latest research and clinical advancements in mental health, integrating this knowledge into practical applications to improve client outcomes continuously.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. The clients you support will be from all walks of life, emphasizing the need for empathy and cultural competence in delivering effective care.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, demonstrating your knowledge and commitment to the field.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Colorado, affirming your professional credentials.
• At least three years of clinical experience, showcasing your background in providing psychotherapy services and managing a varied caseload.
• Demonstrated expertise in solution-based therapeutic techniques, highlighting your ability to facilitate positive client outcomes.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to forge strong connections with clients and colleagues alike.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in settings that focus on hospice care preferred, allowing you to bring additional insights into end-of-life issues.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) management systems that streamline clinical documentation and patient management.
