Were hiring an Assistant Studio Manager to support our Management Team in creating exceptional experiences for members and staff across all locations.

Role Overview

As an ASM, youll support Studio Managers in running daily operations, driving sales, mentoring staff, and building a strong studio community. This is a hybrid role that includes both in-studio support and remote work, depending on business needs and priorities. It is a fast-paced, multi-location role requiring flexibility, adaptability, and a customer-focused mindset. Youll work autonomously while collaborating with the broader management team.

What Youll Do

  • Assist Studio Managers in daily operations and staff leadership.
  • Support revenue growth through membership sales, private sessions, retail, and community events.
  • Coach and mentor staff, fostering a positive, high-performing culture.
  • Help manage facility operations, member inquiries, and issue resolution.
  • Represent Club Pilates at neighborhood events to build community connections.
  • Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and support studio goals across Chicago locations.
  • Performs additional duties and supports special projects as needed to meet business needs.

Qualifications

  • Flexible and reliable with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Studio, retail, or fitness management experience preferred.
  • Ability to interpret reports (revenue, conversion, retention) and apply insights.
  • Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Full-time availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Willingness to travel across all Chicago studio locations.
