This position is fully remote, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions and counseling appointments from the comfort of your home while still being part of a dynamic and collaborative team. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify and evaluate the mental health needs of patients, tailoring treatment plans accordingly.
• Provide short-term individual counseling and crisis intervention for patients navigating immediate emotional challenges.
• Facilitate engaging therapy groups and educational workshops that foster personal growth and discuss relevant mental health topics.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, social workers, and community-based organizations, ensuring holistic patient care and referral support.
• Implement outreach initiatives and preventive programs, such as mental health awareness campaigns, to promote well-being within the community.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal standards, ensuring effective communication with other providers.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse patient population, ranging from children to adults, each facing unique mental health challenges. Your expertise will be essential in guiding patients through their struggles, building therapeutic alliances that empower them to pursue their journey towards mental wellness.

• Possession of an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a closely related field is required; Master’s degree or Doctoral degree preferred.
• Proven expertise in understanding the challenges faced by individuals in mental health settings, specifically within the telehealth modality.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and work collaboratively within a diverse clinical team.
• Proficiency in evidence-based practices and therapeutic approaches suited for a remote counseling environment.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment while managing a varied caseload and prioritizing clinical responsibilities.

• Experience in a clinical setting, particularly with telehealth services, is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems that facilitate patient management and documentation.
• Previous involvement in community outreach or public mental health initiatives would be beneficial.

• Competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
