We are looking an Art Director with experience in advertising agencies and who has experience working with major brands.

We seek for an Art Director obsessed with the craft either offline or digital formats and a design nerd who is constantly curious about design and crafts to keep learning and inspiring the team. Knowing how to conceptualize within advertising market is a must have.

Responsibilities
  • You'll participate on the creation of campaigns of different characteristics from conceptualization to execution with an integrated team. Having the possibility open to always propose ideas for any client in the house, participate in open briefs, perform pro-activities, etc.
  • Work in a cohesive team in which we are all partners above anything else, and where the common ambition is to share ideas and develop them among all.
  • Ideation, creation and presentation of integrated campaigns.
  • Design and execution of online and offline advertising campaigns.
  • You might have presentations directly with the clients.
  • You'll also be responsible for direct photo shootings and film shootings.
Qualifications
  • + 2years of experience.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Leads the visual vision for campaigns, ensuring design cohesion across all assets from digital and print to motion and packaging.
  • Experienced in the skincare and beauty industries, with a refined aesthetic sense and strong understanding of visual storytelling for both emotional and educational impact.
  • Excels in modular creative systems, enabling scalable, multi-channel outputs. Client-facing, strategic, and collaborative, with the ability to guide photographers, designers, and production teams through every phase of execution.
