The Role
We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our call center team. This is a high-volume, fast-paced role where you’ll handle both inbound customer calls and outbound speed-to-lead follow-ups.
When a new lead comes in, speed matters—you’ll be expected to respond within minutes.
This is a role for someone who can move quickly, stay organized, and confidently engage customers.
What You’ll Do
  •  Answer inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries 
  • Make outbound calls to new leads quickly (speed-to-lead follow-up)
  •  Schedule service appointments efficiently and accurately 
  •  Handle multiple conversations and tasks at once 
  •  Maintain accurate data entry and job details 
  •  Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams 
  •  Deliver a high-quality, professional customer experience
