The Soler Mental and Behavioral Center is seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our remote outpatient practice in Murrieta, California. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and challenges.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.
• Engage in one-on-one therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other relevant approaches.
• Monitor and document clients’ treatment progress, making necessary adjustments to therapy techniques based on evolving needs.
• Maintain compliance with all ethical and regulatory standards through timely and accurate documentation.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills and stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health practices.
• Utilize teletherapy platforms to offer flexible virtual sessions for clients, thereby expanding accessibility for individuals facing mobility or transportation barriers.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. You will support individuals from various backgrounds and demographics, respecting their unique experiences and fostering a therapeutic relationship built on trust and empathy.

• A current and valid clinical license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to develop a safe and trusting rapport with clients.
• Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude are essential for understanding clients’ experiences.
• Ability to manage a caseload effectively, demonstrating strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Previous experience in outpatient mental health settings is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with teletherapy tools and techniques is a plus, enhancing your ability to provide remote support.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with a robust sign-on bonus of $3,000.
