Job description

Quality Control Reviewer - Luxury Residential Property Reports
CIS Group, LLC
Remote / Hybrid (Dallas-Fort Worth, TX preferred)
Full-Time | Competitive Hourly Wage + Full Benefits
About the Role
Elite Property Analytics delivers premium, highly detailed reports on high-value residential properties (typically $1 million and above). We are looking for a detail-obsessed Quality Control Reviewer to serve as the final gatekeeper of accuracy. In this role, you will independently evaluate and correct every data point in our reports by cross-referencing them against source materials: high-resolution photographs, floor-plan diagrams, and supporting documentation.
Your work ensures that every square foot, every finish, and every structural detail is represented with absolute precision for our clients.
What You'll Do
- Perform detailed QC reviews of full property reports for $1MM+ homes.
- Systematically compare reported data (measurements, room counts, finishes, structural elements, amenities, etc.) against provided photographs, blueprints, diagrams, and other source files.
- Identify discrepancies, inaccuracies, or missing information and make precise corrections directly in the report.
- Document all changes with clear notes for the original preparers and internal records.
- Maintain an extremely high standard of accuracy and consistency across every luxury property file.
What You Bring
Required
- Exceptional attention to detail and a proven track record in quality control or data validation work.
- Strong ability to read and interpret architectural blueprints and floor plans.
- Experience analyzing high-resolution photographs to verify property features and conditions.
- Comfort working independently with large volumes of visual and technical data.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and cloud-based file systems.
Preferred
- Background in residential construction, real estate appraisal, architecture, interior design, home inspection, or luxury property documentation.
- Familiarity with high-end residential finishes, building systems, and luxury home features.
- Previous experience reviewing or preparing reports on properties valued at $1 million+.
What We Offer
- Competitive base salary (commensurate with experience)
- Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and paid holidays
- Flexible remote/hybrid work arrangement (Dallas-Fort Worth candidates especially encouraged)
- The satisfaction of knowing your work directly impacts high-stakes decisions on multi-million-dollar homes
If you have a sharp eye, love working with diagrams and photographs, and take pride in catching every detail before it reaches the client, we want to hear from you.
