Job description

Our client is an established insurance agency offering a robust platform for driven sales professionals looking to build and own their book of business. With a dedicated in-house service team and a producer-first compensation model, this organization is structured to help motivated individuals thrive. This is an exceptional opportunity for an entrepreneurial insurance professional to operate with independence, leverage strong back-office support, and grow a meaningful commercial and personal lines portfolio — without the limitations of minimum premium thresholds or restrictive commission structures.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect and develop new commercial lines business through self-directed outreach and relationship-building
  • Cross-sell personal lines products into existing and new commercial accounts
  • Manage and grow a personal book of business with full ownership rights
  • Collaborate with a dedicated in-house service team of account managers to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Operate with an entrepreneurial mindset, functioning effectively as an independent contractor
  • Maintain consistent activity and production during the 1-year validation period and beyond
Qualifications
  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license required
  • Experience in commercial lines insurance sales, personal lines, or both is strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect and develop new client relationships independently
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating as an independent contractor
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid remote environment (1–2 days in office per week), with potential to transition to fully remote
  • Self-motivated with the discipline to manage a personal pipeline and drive consistent production
Compensation & Structure Highlights
  • 50/50 commission split on all new business and referrals — no minimum premium threshold
  • Producer retains full ownership of their book of business
  • 1-year validation period
  • Hybrid remote work structure with the possibility to transition to fully remote
  • Independent contractor status

If you are a driven insurance professional with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for building lasting client relationships, this is an outstanding opportunity to take full control of your career and earning potential. Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply today and take the next step toward building something truly your own.
