This is an exceptional opportunity for an entrepreneurial insurance professional to operate with independence, leverage strong back-office support, and grow a meaningful commercial and personal lines portfolio — without the limitations of minimum premium thresholds or restrictive commission structures.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect and develop new commercial lines business through self-directed outreach and relationship-building
  • Cross-sell personal lines products into existing and new commercial accounts
  • Manage and grow a personal book of business with full ownership rights
  • Collaborate with a dedicated in-house service team of account managers to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Operate with an entrepreneurial mindset, functioning effectively as an independent contractor
  • Maintain consistent activity and production during the 1-year validation period and beyond
Qualifications
  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license required
  • Experience in commercial lines insurance sales, personal lines, or both is strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect and develop new client relationships independently
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating as an independent contractor
