Key Responsibilities

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on students and families dealing with various mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to behavioral issues and relationship dynamics. You will adapt your approaches to effectively address these diverse clinical presentations while fostering an atmosphere of trust and support.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
  • Current and valid LCSW license permitting independent practice in New Jersey.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, strong therapeutic boundaries, cultural awareness, and excellent time-management skills.
  • Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to navigate the responsibilities of a full caseload while maintaining high standards of care.
  • Minimum availability of 20-25 hours per week, including at least two evening sessions to accommodate client scheduling.

Compensation and Benefits
