The CRM Counseling Mental and Wellness Center is seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our dynamic team. This position offers a fully remote work setting, creating a flexible atmosphere where you can perform your duties from the comfort of your own home in Lakewood, New Jersey, or anywhere in the state. The use of telehealth technology allows for seamless communication with your clients, ensuring that you can provide compassionate care no matter the location. With a full-time commitment, you will have the opportunity to engage with a diverse client base through video counseling sessions, enhancing their mental well-being.

• Conduct ethical and compassionate individual counseling sessions through secure video conferencing platforms.
• Employ evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to the individual needs of clients.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, tracking the progress and adjusting interventions as necessary.
• Facilitate insightful discussions that empower clients to better understand their thoughts, feelings, and relationships.
• Monitor client progress throughout treatment, assisting them in cultivating healthy coping techniques.
• Using various tools and platforms, document client interactions and treatment progress while minimizing administrative burdens.

This role primarily involves working with stable, low-acuity adult clients experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns. Your therapeutic interventions will aim to help individuals develop crucial life skills that enhance their overall quality of life. By focusing on building resilient coping mechanisms, you will assist clients in navigating their mental health challenges effectively.

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related discipline.
• Current, state-issued mental health counseling license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD) permitting independent practice.
• Proven experience in counseling or therapeutic settings.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine empathy towards clients.
• Strong technological competence, including familiarity with telehealth platforms, video conferencing tools, and basic documentation software.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule effectively.

• No limited or provisional licenses; candidates should have a clean disciplinary record.
• Prior experience providing therapy via telehealth is highly desirable.
• Experience working with diverse client demographics.

The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive salary within the range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to financial compensation, new hires will be eligible for a generous sign-on bonus as part of their onboarding process.
