Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related discipline.
  • Current, state-issued mental health counseling license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD) permitting independent practice.
  • Proven experience in counseling or therapeutic settings.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine empathy towards clients.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive salary within the range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to financial compensation, new hires will be eligible for a generous sign-on bonus as part of their onboarding process.
