This remote position enables you to work from the comfort of your home or any location with reliable internet access. As part of our telehealth team, you will be equipped with secure platforms for video conferencing and digital therapy tools, fostering a professional yet flexible atmosphere that prioritizes client privacy and healthcare standards.

• Counsel clients on a one-on-one basis through virtual video sessions, helping them navigate challenges, improve mental health outcomes, and enhance overall quality of life.
• Facilitate discussions that allow clients to express their feelings and experiences, promoting insight into their mental health and interpersonal relationships.
• Act as an advocate for clients by assisting them in identifying personal goals and mapping out actionable steps to achieve those goals.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess clients’ mental health conditions, developing personalized treatment plans grounded in your clinical expertise.
• Implement evidence-based strategies and interventions that align with clients' unique needs, continuously monitoring and adjusting the treatment plans as necessary.

At Garden Way, our clients are individually pre-screened and typically present with stable and low-acuity mental health conditions. This allows our counselors to focus on a preventative and strength-based approach, ultimately leading to empowering clients to thrive both personally and within their communities.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling is required.
• Possession of an independent mental health license from the state board in one of the following areas is mandatory: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Limited or provisional licenses are not eligible.
• Ability to make informed professional evaluations and treatment recommendations based on clinical judgment.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills paired with a compassionate demeanor to foster therapeutic relationships.
• Proficient computer skills, enabling seamless use of teletherapy tools and platforms.

While we welcome all qualified candidates, preference may be given to those who have experience working with telehealth platforms, as well as a demonstrated ability to engage clients remotely, manage caseloads, and navigate technological tools efficiently.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to USD 130,000, influenced by caseload and clinical experience.
