Stellar Healthcare Partners provides high quality, objective disability evaluations for U.S. Veterans. As part of our behavioral health division, our remote mental health examiners conduct structured telehealth Compensation & Pension (C&P) evaluations, ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and respect for every Veteran served. Position Summary

The Remote Psychiatrist or Psychologist will perform non treatment, diagnostic mental health evaluations for U.S. Veterans through secure telehealth platforms as part of the VA Compensation & Pension (C&P) process.
This role involves:

  • Conducting structured clinical interviews
  • Reviewing medical/military records
  • Completing the VA Mental Health Disability Benefits Questionnaire (DBQ)
  • Providing objective, evidence based diagnostic impressions without treatment

This is a neutral evaluation-only role no prescribing, no therapy, no follow-up care.
