This is a full-time remote role operating in a telehealth environment. You will conduct sessions from the comfort of your own home, using video conferencing technology to connect with clients. We emphasize work-life balance, allowing you to take control of your schedule while maintaining a professional commitment to mental health care. Our operational hours are Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, giving you predictable hours without the burden of on-call responsibilities.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions via secure video chat, focusing on clients' unique needs and circumstances.
• Implement an interactive approach to therapy, encouraging clients to openly explore their thoughts and feelings to better understand their emotions and experiences.
• Assist clients in identifying their personal goals and advocating for their needs, fostering a supportive therapeutic environment.
• Utilize clinical expertise to assess clients’ mental health conditions and develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans grounded in best practices and a solution-focused methodology.

In this role, you will primarily serve adults experiencing stable and low-acuity mental health challenges. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, presenting a range of issues, from anxiety and depression to relationship problems and stress management. Your work will significantly contribute to each client's journey towards better mental health and self-efficacy.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
• Current independent licensure as one of the following: LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.
• Demonstrated strong computer literacy skills, including familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Previous experience in providing virtual mental health therapy in a telehealth setting.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and treatment planning.
• A track record of creating positive client outcomes through effective treatment strategies.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience, along with a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors.
